 Need to return or exchange your order? No problem! All you need is your order number and the email address associated with your account to get started.

 At Fuscent, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. 

 If you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund all your payment.

  • Return the new, unopened items to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Simply contact our support team at cs@fuscent.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 
  • All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option via Blue Dart, DTDC, ECOM Express & Delhivery.
  • Essancia Living is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

 We encourage customers to carefully read our Return Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.  

 We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items. We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
